Do not submit infringing, counterfeit, exploitative, dangerous, deceptive, malicious, or privacy-invasive material.
PODJST may reject content, stop production, restrict access, or cooperate with lawful investigations.
Prohibited Content and Products
- Copyright or trademark infringement, counterfeits, unauthorized celebrity or brand use, and violations of publicity or privacy rights.
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, or content that sexualizes minors.
- Credible threats, targeted harassment, incitement to violence, terrorism support, or hateful content that attacks protected groups.
- Illegal weapons, controlled substances, unsafe regulated products, unlawful medical claims, or products prohibited by the destination or channel.
- Fraud, impersonation, phishing, deceptive claims, fake documents, or misleading product and shipping information.
Data and Privacy Abuse
Do not submit unlawfully obtained personal data, special-category data not required for fulfillment, payment credentials, government identifiers, or data used for stalking, surveillance, discrimination, or unauthorized advertising.
Technical and Account Abuse
Do not introduce malware, test vulnerabilities without permission, bypass controls, scrape restricted data, overload services, share unauthorized accounts, manipulate usage or reviews, or interfere with another user or provider.
Trade, Sanctions, and Platform Compliance
Users must comply with export, import, sanctions, customs, marketplace, consumer-protection, product-safety, labeling, tax, and advertising rules applicable to their products and destinations.
Review and Enforcement
PODJST may use automated and manual review, request evidence of authorization, reject or remove content, cancel unproduced work, quarantine files, suspend access, preserve evidence, or report conduct where reasonably necessary.
Where practical, PODJST will consider context and provide an opportunity to clarify or appeal. Immediate action can be taken for serious legal, safety, security, or platform risk.
