Using PODJST Services
PODJST supports sellers, creators, Shopify stores, Etsy shops, merch brands, and small businesses with custom product research, samples, packaging options, production coordination, quality checks, packing, and fulfillment where available.
You agree to provide accurate information, review product details before approving production, and use the website and services only for lawful business purposes.
Accounts, Quotes, and Orders
Some services may require an account, store connection, quote request, artwork review, or order approval. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for reviewing any quote, sample, invoice, artwork proof, product detail, and shipping information before approval.
Prices, production options, sample availability, packaging options, shipping routes, and delivery estimates may vary by product, destination, quantity, season, and supplier capability.
Artwork and Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of artwork you submit, but you grant PODJST and relevant service providers permission to use submitted files, product instructions, logos, photos, and text as needed to review, produce, package, display proofs, and fulfill approved orders.
You must have all rights and permissions needed for submitted materials. Do not submit designs that infringe trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use PODJST to create or sell unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, counterfeit, abusive, or unsafe products or content.
PODJST may decline, pause, or cancel work that appears to violate these Terms, platform requirements, supplier restrictions, carrier rules, or applicable law.
Production and Shipping
Production and shipping dates are estimates unless a written agreement states otherwise. Timelines may be affected by artwork issues, product availability, supplier capacity, quality checks, address accuracy, customs review, carrier conditions, holidays, and other operational factors.
For direct-to-customer fulfillment, you are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient details. Additional costs may apply for address changes, reshipments, customs duties, taxes, or special handling where relevant.
Samples, Returns, and Replacements
Because custom products are made according to submitted artwork and order details, returns may be limited. If an eligible product has a production issue, print error, damage, or wrong item problem, PODJST may request photos, order details, and timing information to review the case.
Resolution options may include replacement, correction, credit, or another reasonable remedy depending on the product, order status, provider policy, and documented issue.
Third-Party Platforms and Tools
PODJST may work with ecommerce channels, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, production partners, shipping providers, and other third-party services. Their terms and policies may also apply.
PODJST does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for changes, outages, fees, restrictions, or policy decisions made by those providers.
No Sales or Profit Guarantee
PODJST can help with product setup, samples, packaging details, production support, and fulfillment operations, but we do not guarantee store approval, product demand, sales volume, profit, ad performance, marketplace ranking, or customer conversion.
You are responsible for your business decisions, pricing, marketing, customer communications, taxes, and compliance obligations.
Limitations, Changes, and Contact
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PODJST is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, service delays, third-party services, or business decisions based on website content.
