Agreement and Eligibility

By accessing the website, creating an account, requesting a quote, connecting a store, approving a sample, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your location and able to enter a binding business agreement.

Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate, current information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a PODJST security failure.

Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may require identity, business, or payment verification before enabling sensitive features or releasing information.

Services, Quotes, and Order Approval

Website content and calculator results are planning information, not binding offers. A quote, invoice, order confirmation, or signed service agreement controls the approved product, quantity, price, production route, packaging, shipping method, and timing.

You must review artwork proofs, product specifications, sizes, colors, materials, recipient details, and shipping information before approval. Changes after production starts may be unavailable or subject to additional cost.

Prices, Payments, Taxes, and Chargebacks

Prices can change before order approval because of specifications, quantity, exchange rates, supplier costs, route capacity, taxes, duties, or shipping conditions. Approved invoices must be paid using the stated method and schedule.

You are responsible for applicable sales, import, value-added, marketplace, or other taxes unless the approved order states that PODJST will collect them. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account restriction and recovery of reasonable costs.

Artwork, Content, and License

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PODJST and necessary providers a limited, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, adapt for production, create proofs, print, package, and ship that content only as needed to provide approved services.

You represent that you have all required copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, and other rights. PODJST may request evidence of authorization and may reject or remove content under the Intellectual Property Policy.

Platforms, Integrations, and API Use

A connected platform remains subject to its own terms, permissions, availability, and review decisions. You authorize PODJST to exchange the data needed for the features you enable and must maintain lawful notices and instructions for customer data.

API credentials and access tokens are confidential. Automated access must comply with the Developer and API Terms, documented limits, and platform rules. PODJST may suspend a connection that threatens security, service reliability, or legal compliance.

Production and Delivery

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless an approved written agreement expressly guarantees a date. Artwork issues, inventory, supplier capacity, quality checks, customs, carriers, weather, holidays, and recipient availability can affect timing.

Risk, title, customs responsibility, and route-specific obligations are determined by the approved order terms and applicable law. Tracking availability and scan frequency vary by carrier and destination.

Cancellations, Returns, and Remedies

Made-to-order products generally cannot be cancelled after production starts or returned for buyer preference. Eligible production defects, damage, wrong-item, or material mismatch claims are reviewed under the Shipping & Returns Policy.

A remedy can include correction, replacement, credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the verified issue. No remedy expands beyond the affected order unless required by law.

Suspension and Termination

PODJST may pause or terminate access for non-payment, unlawful or infringing content, credential misuse, fraud, security risk, platform violations, abuse, or a material breach of these Terms. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a remediable issue.

On termination, outstanding payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, data protection, liability, and dispute provisions continue to apply. Data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Terms.

Disclaimers and Liability

Services are provided using reasonable care but are otherwise provided as available to the fullest extent permitted by law. PODJST does not guarantee store approval, uninterrupted third-party platforms, product demand, sales, profit, advertising performance, or marketplace ranking.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PODJST is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate direct liability arising from an affected order will not exceed the amount paid to PODJST for that affected order, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

Your Responsibility for Third-Party Claims

You are responsible for claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use, your content, your breach of these Terms, or inaccurate instructions, except to the extent caused by PODJST's own breach or misconduct.

Governing Law, Changes, and Contact

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Hong Kong SAR. Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, are not excluded.

We may update these Terms for service, platform, or legal changes. Material changes take effect on the stated effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
