Creators keep ownership of their artwork while granting PODJST a limited license needed to provide approved services.
Users must own or have permission to use every submitted name, logo, image, character, slogan, and other protected element.
Rights holders can submit a detailed notice, and affected users can provide a good-faith response or counter-notice.
Ownership and Service License
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PODJST and necessary production and delivery providers a limited, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, resize, position, create proofs from, print, package, and ship the content for approved services.
The license ends when the content is deleted and no active order, backup cycle, legal hold, dispute, or required record remains.
User Responsibility
You represent that the content and requested use do not infringe copyright, trademark, design, patent, publicity, privacy, moral, or other rights. A license for one platform, territory, product, or campaign may not authorize every POD use.
Submitting an Infringement Notice
Send a signed notice to support@podjst.com. The notice should contain:
- Identification of the protected work, trademark, or other right and evidence of ownership or authority.
- Identification of the disputed PODJST content, product, URL, account, or order sufficient for us to locate it.
- Your full name, organization, address, phone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, signed physically or electronically.
Review and Action
PODJST may request more information, pause production, restrict access, remove content, notify the submitting user, preserve evidence, or decline an incomplete or abusive notice. Action does not determine final legal ownership.
Response or Counter-Notice
An affected user may respond with identification of the removed content, contact details, supporting license or ownership evidence, and a signed good-faith explanation of why the removal was mistaken or the use is authorized.
Where a statutory counter-notice process applies, additional statements, consent to jurisdiction, or deadlines may be required. PODJST can keep content unavailable while the parties resolve the dispute.
Repeat Infringement and Misuse
PODJST may terminate repeat infringers and may restrict a person who repeatedly submits materially false, misleading, or abusive notices. Users remain responsible for damages caused by knowing misrepresentation where applicable law provides.
